Ø How do I return an item purchased from

In the case of any “Damaged”, “Defective” or “Not as Described” products, you may request return. We follow easy return policy, which you can complete in quick steps.

·         Go to my Orders and Click on Replacement/Refund

·         Ship the return item to our address, will be given to you along with order and always available on website

·         Once we will receive item for the replacement, we will ship a new one or a full refund will be issued.

Important not for return and replacement:

Item must be in un-used condition and must be in original condition along with tags. When you ship item for return, include everything like tags, labels, original packing, and freebies if any and any accessories come along with the item.

We offer hassle free returns:

We try our best to speed up return/refund process to give you hassle free shopping experience Returns including all replacements/pickups are done free of cost.

  • For now, pick up facility is not available. You have to ship your item to our office for return/refund. However we are in the process of introducing easy pickup facility for the same.
  • Replacement is subject to availability of stock. In the case of Replacement is not possible due to non-availability of product, we may refund amount.
  • Replacement may take 30 days of time. Usually, we complete the replacement process sooner, but in some exceptional cases, it may take around 30 days. We request you to provide support for the same.

Few Exceptions to Note:

There are some situations in which, returns can be difficult:

In the case of return request made outside the decided time frame of 1 week

If we will found out, something is missing from the package sent you; i.e. tags, labels, original packing, freebies or accessories

Ø What is Aaneri’s Replacement Guarantee?

We permit exchange on all items, where a tryout is necessary to decide if the fit is accurate. You can exchange an item for the similar product in the size or the color of your choice.

However you must note that the product can simply be utilized for tryout and cannot be worn, washed, ironed or fiddle in any way. Please comprise all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.

Ø When returns are not possible?

There are certain situation where it is not easy for us to support returns

- Return request is not done within the particular time frame.

- Product is smashed because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you obtained it

- Products with missing serial numbers, tags or tampered

Ø Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?

Yes. The free gift is integrated as a division of the item order and desires to be returned along with the initially delivered product.

Yes, you can. If you have bought several products from and return part of your purchase, you can do that.

Ø I have asked for a replacement, when will I get it?I've still not received the reimbursement to my bank account. Why?

If you have received a mail from us validating your repayment request, then rest guaranteed that we have started your refund request and are pursuing up with financial organizations for the same. 

Sometimes financial organizations take a more time to proceed with the refund request. On the other hand, if the refund hasn't taken place by the date we promised, you can contact us. We are oblige to help you!


Ø Why I have been asked to ship the item?

Currently we are working on the plan to provide you pick up for the return items. However, till we setup pickup system, we request you to ship item your self. For the same, we will credit your account with 150 points so that you do not spend from your pocket. You can use those credit points in next purchase with

Ø How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online prior to the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be reimbursed.
In case the item you have ordered has been dispatched, regrettably, an order cannot be cancelled.

In order to cancel an item in your order:

·         Recognize the item you want to cancel and click on the equivalent 'View Details' link

·         In the thorough order page, you will see 'Cancel' links against each of the items in that order

Ø How much time will it take to progress my cancellation request?

Once you ask for the cancellation of item in your order, it will take us anutmost of 1-2 business days to abandon the order and commence a refund. You will be updated for the same by email.

Ø Why do I notice a disabled 'Cancel' link?

A disable 'Cancel' link can signify the following things:

·         The item is being shipped collectively with one more order of yours
